By using the DoctoPal Platform ("Platform"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Service Description

DoctoPal is an educational decision-support tool that provides general health information based on published scientific research. Our services include:

• Drug-herb interaction information system
• Evidence-based general health information assistant
• Informational interpretation of blood test values
• Informational lifestyle suggestions

3. Medical Disclaimer

You are solely responsible for any decisions you make based on information provided by the Platform. The Platform does not intend to create or replace the relationship between any healthcare professional and a patient.

4. User Responsibilities

• You must provide accurate and up-to-date health information; consequences of inaccurate information are your responsibility
• You must regularly update your medication list
• You must consult your healthcare provider before acting on information obtained from the Platform
• You must be 18 or older, or use under parental/legal guardian supervision
• You must not misuse the service or perform automated queries

• Information provided is sourced from publicly available scientific research databases (PubMed, NIH, WHO)
• AI models may produce errors; all information requires independent verification
• Scientific knowledge is continuously evolving; the Platform may not always reflect the most current data
• Drug-herb interaction results are informational and do NOT substitute for clinical judgment

All content, design, logos, software, and database structures of the Platform are protected by intellectual property rights. Unauthorized copying, distribution, reverse engineering, or commercial use is prohibited.

The Platform may become temporarily or permanently unavailable at any time without prior notice due to maintenance, updates, or technical reasons. No liability is accepted for such interruptions.

9. Account Termination

In case of violation of these terms, your account may be suspended or terminated without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page.

10. Modifications

These terms may be updated. Significant changes will be communicated to your registered email address. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. In case of disputes, the Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts at the user's place of residence shall have jurisdiction.
